PATTERN
•A unique asymmetric patterns are adopted considering slide control in left dirt track competitions. The diamond block pattern with a block of the vertical shape secures the traction in the dirt track field and the straight-ahead stability in the urban field.

CONSTRUCTION
•Both front and rear Single Radius are adopted. This combination improves the linear handling of rider's sensibilities and the sense of grounding at all bank angles. It improves the stability on the pavement road and the slide controllability with the dirt.

COMPOUND
•The K180 compound has developed to achieve both the sliding control performance and the dry grip on the pavement. This compound excels in wear resistance and suppresses the blocking of hard riding.
It is common for front and rear wheels.

[How is it used?
This is the OEM tire that came with the FTR223 when it was first purchased.
Traveling:Street riding, Touring
Used for about a year and replaced with OnRoad tires.

How was your experience with it?
It was an FTR223OEMTire and had the same Size front and rear.
As a dirt trucker, it was the best choice in terms of style, but it was useless if it was only for on-road driving.
I used to wear them when I was a beginner, so I didn't think much of them, but now that I have some experience with motorcycles, I think they are dangerous. In fact, I once slipped and fell on a paved forest road, so it would be much better to change them for on road use only.
I still have the impression that it was scary to ride on the longitudinal ditches cut in the mountain roads, etc., because they vibrated so much that the Handlebar was taken away.
Although there is no FlatDirt driving, it is easy to assume that it will be used for that purpose, and that it will be gripping to the fullest.
We have not done any replacement work, so we are sorry but we cannot give an impression of the work.

How did it compare to other products?
Compared to the TouringBias BT-45, F100/80-18, and R120/80-18.
Dry grip, Wet grip, Corner turnover, stability, straight-line stability (Paved road) The BT-45 is the winner in terms of road noise.
Grip in Dirt, the K180 wins hands down in terms of appearance.
I would guess that Life is probably about the same.

[Points to note]
The performance on the road is not good at all, which is a shame because it is a large change, so I recommend that FTR223 owners who are dissatisfied with the performance should replace it.

When it comes to FTR223, this is the Tire!

This Tire has been used for many things such as KSR2, XG250 TRICKER, etc., but there is no other machine that fits as well as FTR223. Grip is surprisingly good. OnRod Grip is surprisingly good. It grips well even on rainy days and is a fun tire with light handling, but it wears out quickly.

double circle of costumers

The front Tire of the FTR has been cracked due to ageing, so I replaced it with this one.
I've been wearing OnRoad tires since I bought them three years ago, so I've been using OnRoad tires. I thought about doing it, but I decided to go with this product, which is the same as the post-Tire one, for the sake of cost effectiveness.
I think this Tire would be a good fit for FTR.
