K & N Oil Filter

This filter is a quality substitute for my oil service. It comes with the usual seals required for the process and is made from a very reliable manufacturer.I am very confident in using it.

It's the only way!

It was used in Ducati 998.
With the OEMOil Filter, I needed a filter wrench, and I was somewhat k&n comfortable with it.
A Hexagon Nut is attached to the head of the filter, which can be easily installed and removed with a slotted wrench.
The price is a little high, but it is pleasant.

Hex nut makes filter changes that much easier

The KN-177 K&N oil filter for the Buell XB12Ss with it's hex nut makes oil filter changes that much easier, this is the best feature about this oil filter which removes the need for using a strap wrench when it comes time to remove it at your scheduled oil service. Stated as a high flow oil filter which is also good and if you feel the need or require it for race regulations it also comes ready to be safetied with lock wire. Good to see Webike have multiple oil filter options available for this particular motorcycle, nice work.

Good!

Good, no problem at all for Oil Filter function.
There are two things that make me personally happy.
One is that the tip has a protrusion so that it can be turned with a 17mm Wrench.
The other is that it has a hole in its protruding part, which allows for Wiring.
As a Race player, I appreciate this very much. Without it, I would have to go through the trouble of winding up the Band and doing the Wiring from there... I've been using this filter for a while now, and I'm very happy with it. I will continue to repeat this filter.

No.1 ease of use

[How is it used?
I used it on my SEA BASS GSX-R600 K7.

How was your experience with it?
I've used this series before and found it easy to use, so I decided to use it again.
The good thing is that OEM oil filters require a filter wrench to install and can be removed without a special tool, but a mistake can be fatal.
That's where this K&NFilter comes in.
With a 17mm protrusion at the tip, it can be attached and removed with a standard Socket and Ratchet or Spanner without the need for a Filter wrench.
(Why isn't it like this with OEMs?)

Also, the wiring holes are standard, so it will be easy for those who do Race.
Surprisingly, even if Filter is asked to do Wiring, it doesn't work that way.

Very convenient.

How did it compare to other products?
It also has an O-ring so it works fine.
