I reupholstered the Seat of the last model FI LITTLE CUB.
The Rubber Type is easy to work with and requires no tools, but if you want to make your own chain
I want to reupholster it well, so I chose this one.

Because LITTLE CUB of our house is all penned to Yellow color & Black, it is in the meaning of Coordinates.
Yellow Color Piping & Color:I decided to go with Emboss in Gray.
I was prepared for the delivery time as it was a special made-to-order item, but it arrived in about two weeks.

The instruction manual is written in the package and there is also a video guide.
The guidance was very detailed and reassuring.

1. Remove the Seat from the car body (NutQuantity of 10mm):2pc. (Set)
2. Remove the conventional Kaw (with Slotted screwdriver and Pliers)
3．The fixing of the reupholstering Seat is back and forth→Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) and stop it with Tucker while pulling on the diagonal.
(You can also use HandTucker, but I used Air Tucker, 10mm wide and 6mm long.

The difficulty of reupholstering Seat in CUB is low.
It's hard to make a mistake the first time if you make a firm decision not to rush into a Wrinkle.


Also, when you remove the leather from the Normal seat, there is a Vinyl sheet sandwiched between the surface of the Sponge
Do not throw this away, use it as is. If the Vinyl is deteriorated or torn, you can use the Vinyl bag as
It would be better to cut or otherwise tuck it in.
Having Vinyl underneath will prevent rainwater from seeping into the Sponge through the seams when it gets wet, or seeping out through the seams when you sit on it.
The work took about 20 minutes to complete.

About color
I thought that BlackEmboss is not white, and I dared to use full EmbossColor!:I went with the Gray color, which I kind of regret.
The actual product is brighter than the Image in the product photo, so it looks a bit dirty.

There are some cheap SeatAssy available in Asia, but the Urethane foam is hard.
If you are OK with the STD Shape, you may want to reupholster it because the seating comfort will be different from the OEM.

OEM's VTR 250's Seat is hard and painful, so Urethaneetc. I adjusted it and it deteriorated while buying it. Although I thought that it is hard to work because impression that I purchased it did not have a mold, unexpectedly the fabric was softened many times and adjusted and it gradually became familiar with the warmth of my hands. Put it down overnight and put a light squeeze again and testRAN done. Once I got on Touring to GW and confirmed Fitting again a little deflection came out so we planned to finish the adjustment at the point where the growth stabilized for a while. Hang of the tightening method temporarily fixes the front side of Seat only at both ends, semi-fixes the Tandem side of Seat, temporarily fixes the SIDE part to trace shape, and makes the whole circumference Quantity : Pair (for Left and Right) Hitoshi etc. While tightening while stretching, during this time Tucker fixed and unfastened repeatedly readjusted. I think that it is important to judge that the elongation of the dough will stabilize after a long time. Finally, the usability is normal fabric and EmbossSpec. I was worried about which to do, but Emboss has a moderate Grip feel and feels good. This maker purchased ordinary fabric for CUB, but the fabric was still thick and slippery. I think it is a correct answer for Emboss. It is only after durability.

I was doing a Cover Type on Seat of OEM, but wear of SIDE section occurred, so I bought a Cover of Cover Type this time. Purchased for LITTLE CUB in MD50. Size can be installed without problems. Cover 's fabric is equivalent to OEM and quality is likely to be good internally. Concerning durability in the future. However, Seat of MD is a type that claws cling to the base plate of iron plate and catches the fabric there and squeezes it up. Since there is no durability of the nail, there is a possibility that the nail may break due to rust of the base plate unless it is set to Cover Type next time. Regular Motor
If it is a Type Seat that can be replaced with Tucker, it is recommended as a regular replacement part.

Emboss was easy to grow and Sverane was not easy to stretch, but even an amateur could handle it somehow.
Sitting comfort is very good.
Anco is also used for Motorcycle Seat Material "BodyDoctor" I forced a rough pillow. Grom Seat of torture became a high-class Sofa and it looks better and it is highly self-satisfied.
【Was it difficult to install? (Hard parts case)】

HandTucker sometimes loses its foundation and the core does not get stuck. I think that if you have Air Tucker you can change it comfortably.

As I noted above, HandTucker uses a lot of grip strength. Should be challenged with the preparedness to redo many times without sticking.
If you do not want, I recommend using Air Tucker or Electric Tucker.
