[Concept]
A simple, yet one-of-a-kind, exhaust.
Φ 50 DRAG EX [Performance]
The image of running through the drag and Ex as a symbol of More Power
H-D, using Φ50 used for 4-wheelers, etc., instead of Φ45 generally used.
Only the root of Ex is Φ45, and from there to the end is Φ50, which is the method we have used for many years at OLD SPEED.
In fact, among the drag pipes, Power is one of the best.
With the special inner silencer and set, the engine revs up to maximum RPM while maintaining the torque feel.
On a closed course with XLH1200, we have recorded more than 200 km.

・Φ 50 DRAG EX [Appearance]
As for the appearance, we have tried to keep it "simple" and to make it an essential handling that can be easily harmonized with any style.
The end of the story is not a soft, naive CUT, but a straight, masculine ending.
It is a good match for any custom.
Personally, I would like them to be used as simple bodies as possible, without covers.

Exhaust material is SUS304 (stainless steel).
Welding is Tig welding by an experienced welding meister.
Stamping - All operations are completed in-house.
Only the final buffing (polishing) of the exhaust is done by a polisher.

High quality finish, with finish.

All necessary items for installation, such as stays and bolts, are included in the package.

For injection, modification of 02 sensor is required.

Inner silencer selection]

In the case of the 1200, "the engine is not able to run at high RPMs.
It may not rotate up to the top, so please adjust the position by watching the movie (2).

Delivered pre-inserted in the exhaust.
The inner silencer is designed for performance with a drag pipe inner silencer, which has a volume limitation.
This is an inner silencer that rotates firmly to the top under exhaust pressure.
We have confirmed that the XLH1200 can run over 180 km on a closed course.
The volume is also reduced compared to the standard version.

[Installation]
Everything you need for installation is included.
Special stays and bolts are included in the package, so stock stays are not used.

[About Lavaspo]
Remove the torque brake lot and remove the sprocket cover.
The stock exhaust is replaced in the same way.
Only the bolt for attaching the stay on the engine side is used from the stock.

[Specification]
(1)50Φ stainless steel pipe 1.5mm.
Since it is stainless steel, it can be polished to shine again and again.
Rust-free.

(2)The attached special stay is made of steel.(In the case of stays, steel is more durable.)
The BK coating is applied with urethane BK after a proper urethane buffing.
Finished with semi-gloss BK finish.
Mounting bolts are also included.(Can be installed with confidence)

(3) The surface treatment of the exhaust is done by a buffing craftsman.
The craftsman-finished polish is breathtakingly luminous.
