** There are three types of 33.4mm forks.
* 1952-1967 (Early): Long rod suspension type. No spacer required. Because of the extended length, the piston rod will be short; a rod extension must be custom-fabricated (e.g., via lathe). Please consult with a professional motorcycle shop.
* 1968-1970 (Mid): Spacer required.
* 1971-1972 (Late): Spacer required.
* Installation must be performed by a professional motorcycle mechanic. Stock springs will be 4 inches short; you must fabricate/install a spacer (e.g., using PVC pipe).
* When installing on OEM triple trees, the inner diameter of the clamping area must be honed, as OEM inner tubes were not chrome-plated.

6-inch over-length inner tubes for front forks used on XL and FX models from 1957 to 1972.
Following the +8-inch version, these +4 and +6-inch tubes were developed based on high demand. Designed in Japan in collaboration with manufacturers specializing in restoration parts for vintage KAWASAKI motorcycles, and produced in overseas facilities.
