Features
- TMR-MJN (Multiple Jet Nozzle)
While maintaining a 36 mm diameter bore equivalent to the stock unit, this carburetor achieves overwhelming output improvements in the mid-to-high RPM range. Furthermore, the MJN provides ideal fuel atomization for precise throttle control at extremely low openings, realizing a mild, predictable response even on stock engines.
- Dedicated Spigot
The Yoshimura TMR-MJN carburetor features a spigot length designed to position the carburetor body as close to the engine as possible to shorten intake tract length. This newly designed short spigot improves throttle response and high-RPM output while avoiding interference with the alternator and drain bolt.
- Side Link System for Early GSX-R Oil-Cooled Series
The carburetor configuration was revised from every angle to resolve issues such as interference between the alternator and drain bolt, and to optimize throttle cable routing. Converting from the traditional center link to a side link system proved to be the optimal solution. Each unit is manually assembled, checked, and adjusted by experienced Yoshimura mechanics.

- Funnel Specification: Features machined aluminum funnels set to optimal lengths based on output testing. This standard model evokes the style of classic racers.
- Power Filter Specification: The dedicated filter adapter includes a custom air passage ensuring that both the main bore and pilot system draw clean air through the air cleaner. This reduces the risk of debris intake while delivering high-performance racing carburetor characteristics.
* Cannot be used with RK insulators, as the carburetor installation angle changes and the power filter will interfere with the frame.
