What happens if it's not attached
Once, when I pulled the Carburetor out of storage and installed it, I was able to get the Main jet to work I once started it without remembering to take it off, and after one hit of Cell, the Plug was completely covered up I did When you install it, don't tighten it too hard, even if you don't use a tool to begin with, just tighten it with your fingers I feel like it's good

There are plenty of jets you can acquire from different manufacture,I always choose the original manufacture jet for the peace of mind.The consistency and accuracy of a jet is very important during carburettor setting,so far by using Keihin jet everything seems to work flawlessly.
