*Die Kolben sind nicht austauschbar, da sie für jedes Modelljahr, jeden Hubraum und jeden Zylinderkopf ausgelegt sind. Bitte überprüfen Sie unbedingt den Hubraum und das Modelljahr Ihres Autos, bevor Sie einen Kolbensatz kaufen.
*Die aktuellen 85/88cc-Kolben sind die neuen 0,8-0,8-1,5 Kolbenringe. Bitte überprüfen Sie vor der Bestellung die Größe Ihrer Kolben.
*Die Kolben in der Ringausführung 0,8-0,8-1,5 sind mit einem "R" gekennzeichnet.
*Kann nicht mit einer Kurbelwelle mit Hub nach oben verwendet werden.
*Die Edelstahl-Kopfdichtung des alten Zylinders wird das Ventil und den Kolben behindern und schwerwiegende Schäden verursachen.
*Wenn der neue (aktuelle) Zylinder mit einer Papierdichtung versehen ist, passt die Nockenkette nicht in das Nockenrad und kann nicht montiert werden.

*The current 85 / 88cc pistons have the new 0.8-0.8-1.5 piston rings.Please check the size before ordering for repair.
*The pistons with 0.8-0.8-1.5 rings are marked with "R".
*Not for use with stroke-up crankshafts
*If the stainless steel head gasket is installed on the old cylinder, the valve and piston will interfere with each other and cause serious damage.
*When the paper gasket is installed on the new (current) cylinder, the cam chain will not fit into the cam sprocket and cannot be installed.

For DAX70 Series Head

I purchased this product as a replacement for a Piston I had been using that had a hole in it.
The head we use is a DAX70 series, so we were considering a Piston that would fit the DAX70 series, and decided to go with KITACOBrand because it was inexpensive and we had experience using it in the past.
There was a problem with the Piston Pin Clip not being attached during installation, but I contacted KITACO and they immediately sent me a replacement and it was installed without any problems.
The cause of the trouble seems to be a mistake made during packaging, where a Piston Pin for a different Piston was inserted.
As a result, KITACO is a responsive and reliable Manufacturer.
I have not started the engine yet, but I have checked the operation and it seems to work fine without any interference etc.
