Hurricane have an excellent LED license plate light available right here. I have been using it for a few years now and the light produced from the five LEDs is perfect and matches the rest of the LED lighting on my Honda Monkey 125. Installation is very simple, all you need it a clean flat surface and the double sided tape on the back of the LED light does the rest, I was originally concerned the double sided tape would not last but has shown no signs of deteriorating out in the weather. Pricing looks to be fair for a LED light of this quality.
