Replacement and machining of aged Coupler
We decided to replace the 3-pole coupler on the Speedometer side, which had deteriorated significantly over time. In addition, I decided to take out the necessary wiring directly from the coupler to cancel the intermediate harness of the Shift positionIndicator, which was in the way. Since I had just replaced the 6V MONKEY/GORILLA Main Harness the year before last, the Coupler on the body side was in good condition, so all I needed this time was Female. Quantity:I was going to buy the Set stuff, but I found a product that was just the part I needed.
For the replacement work, the wiring of the old Coupler is cut off at the root, and when the terminals are newly installed, the wiring cut off from the middle harness is added to each terminal, and the quantity is changed from one terminal to the other.:I finished by plugging the terminals into the new Coupler so that the 2pc's Wiring comes out. Now I can connect the Shift positionIndicator directly without interrupting the intermediate Harness, and the Wiring of the Front is a bit Refreshing.
The body texture is not bad, so it can be used normally without any problem.
