Beautifully Designed Grill Panels for the Tank Shrouds on the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the pair of tank shrouds with grilles from Tyga Performance. The panels are made from carbon fiber and the grilles are made from an aluminium mesh.About the feeling of use: They look outstanding fitted to the Grom and a huge improvement from the OEM Honda panels that were fitted to the tank shrouds previously not only in looks but also allow a path for warm air to escape that is rising from the engine.Products to buy together: Some more carbon fiber accented parts would also be desirable to purchase alongside the pair of tank shrouds with grilles.Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about one hour, remove the seat and both tank shrouds. Then proceed to swap over the grill panels with the eight fasteners and reverse the process to complete the installation. Not difficult to do.Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a quality full carbon fiber product with a beautifully designed panel for a resonable price as compared to the cheaper options out there with an inferior design and quality.About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: Tyga performance offer carbon fiber parts for not only the first generation Grom but all three generations and since they are Thailand based if you are only looking to purchase their products you will get better prices if you buy and ship from Webike Thailand.
