Genuine Puig Screen for KTM Super Duke 1290 2019
I was looking for different brands of wind screens for a friends KTM Superduke and this one seems to get brilliant reviews and I even checked out some Youtube videos just to be sure they were good for his bike. We both decided this was the one to get. I found the correct screen by visiting PUIG website and adding the bike details. There are a few different variations of this screen going from clear, smoke, dark smoke and black. We went with the clear as for longer journey's it would be a better option. The price that Webike sell these for is really good. Yes, I could probably save a few pounds by buying for some other sellers but I do trust Webike for all the parts I generally need. Including the other items I already had in my basket, this was added and the shipping charge worked out really good. It seems to be best to add multiple items to your basket as the shipping goes on a points system. I used EMS fast fort his order which is now , my go to courier. They are fast, efficient and have orders at my door within a week. This was no different even with a weeksend in between, arrived with me in 5 days. As this is a large item even though pretty light, it needed to be in a large box and with the other smaller parts you would probably get a little worried that you screen or other parts could become damaged in transit. Nope, Webike think of all that and add additional padding to the box and if there is any space, they also add air pockets. So, I was not concerned at all. Everything arrived in 100% perfect condition. The screen really is a thing of beauty, the shape goes really well with the angles already on the bike. The workmanship is superb. Well done Puig! It is a nice crystal clear screen and no blemishes or distortions at all that we could see, just what we wanted. I would say, if you go for either the dark smoke or black, you are going to struggle in low light conditions. Fitted really easily and it all feels nice and sturdy. He is very happy with the screen and it really does help with the wind buffetting.
