Genuine Yamaha Crank Case Cover 2 for YZF-R1 2008
The bike had been in a small accident which resulted in the crank case cover getting damaged. I found the correct part number by using the tools available from Webike help section. The part was pretty easy to find that way. Webike's price for this part was very good value. A lot lower than I could source locally here in the UK. With some other parts in my basket and shipped by EMS all arrived in 5 days.EMS are good value, very fast in delivering and better than some other couriers. All the items in my order were packed individually by Webike warehouse and all nicely padded out in the box so nothing could get damaged in transit and fill any space with bubble wrap and air pockets so nothing can be bounced about in transit. All arrived at my door perfectly. The crank case cover is a good piece of manufacturing. The threads are really neat and not sharp with burrs or unfinished. The paint on it is a perfect match to the one being replaced, it is a nice satin grey, I think this is a standard Yamaha engine colour paint. It look awesome once fitted. Didn't take too long to fit, pretty straightforward, just eveything in reverse really. Take your time and you will be just fine.I wish I could add more than one image to the review for a before and after which shows the quality of this cover.Very pleased, thank you Webike for all your hard work and dedication.
