Genuine Yamaha Head Gasket for YZF-R1 2003
I was doing a full rebuild of my engine and this was one of the parts that would have needed changing to make sure it was all done correctly. I did try and scour around locally but the price my local Yamaha dealer was asking was a little ridiculous. I decided the only option was to get this from source and direct from Webike. The preice they were charging was a lt more reasonable. With a few other parts, only light ones, all was shipped via EMS. The package arrived in 5 days. I was very surprised just how well Webike packed this head gasket and the size of the box it came in. Obviously, you do not want ANY bends to the gasket or that would be useless. Webike did the best thing and wrapped this in bubble wrap and in a large box surrounded with air pockets. The gasket arrived and there was nothing bent, twisted or anything. Absolutely perfect condition. The quality of this gasket is the best I have seen. Just enough flex to fit over all the dowel heads on the engine. Took a while to get everything back together but the overall outcome is spot on. I would like to thank Webike for taking the care needed with this purchase. Brilliant.
