HONDA OEM MOTORCYCLE PARTS PISTON RING SET for 2015 CBR1000RR
It was time to swap these out for new OEM ones. It has been a long time since I have had to fit these to a Honda CBR1000RR but they are basically the same as swapping out any other brand. The compression of the bike was way off and this clearly meant new rings were essential. Maintenance needed and the piston rings had seen better days.I was very happy with the price that Webike were selling these at and they were a bit cheaper than I could source locally here in the UK.Along with a few other Honda parts in my order, the shipping cost was very good value as it was spread out over the entire order. EMS fast is what I used and I am going to continue using this service as they just deliver very fast indeed. This was 5 days from ordering to delivery at my front door. The box everything came in was sealed by Webike on each side so nothing could be lost during transit. They even packed all the idividual items in their own little bubble wrap pocket and then added extra bubble wrap to fill in any spaces. Everything arrived in 100% perfect condition.Luckily, none of the rings were totally fubarred but they were in a sorry state. The rings came in a nice little packet and were as you imagine piston rings to be, they are basically all the same anyway, nothing to write home about. Fitting was relatively easy, take your time and you're good to go. Be careful as there are some pretty sharp edges on these so I would suggest using a good set of working gloves. The compression is in a better state now and runs a lot better than it did before.Great result. Very happy customer, thank you Webike
