After many times of using tools to take the seat on and off, now I can just use my hands to get inside the seat. This makes adding the night time running lights to the battery a breeze. The material looks to withstand the life of the bike and the powdercoating has no flaws. Attached is a picture of them mounted on the motorcycle. I have found that if you are having trouble removing the bolts, sit on the seat and then the seat bolts loosen with ease. You may want to remove your left side cover when removing the bolts as to avoid scratching your side cover if you have large hands or fingers. A large torx style bit will fit the center of the seat bolts if you happen to get them stuck and do not want to use pliers..
