OEM Suzuki Clutch Steel Plates for GSF 1200 BANDIT 2001
This was the second part of the clutch replacement job on the GSF 1200 Bandit 2001 that was needed doing as the clutch has been playing up for quite a while now. Time for the new clutch plates complete this part of the overhaul.This order was for the steel clutch plates, I purchased the full set of these. I was very pleased to see that Webike could actually get these for me. The price was really good and for the set was far better than I could source locally here in the UK. The other friction plates were already in my basket along with the new springs and this meant ordering them all together actually cut down on the shipping per item.I do use EMS for the delivery as they just get the order delivered quickly. Arrived in less than a week. All the plates were packed really well and extra bubble wrap was added to the box to fill any space. Everything arrived in one piece with zero damage. No point in trying to save money and getting after market clutch plates as they don't last as long as OEM ones. The plates had a nice sharp but not dangerous macinging on them and very precise and perfectly to the tolerances on the manual. I always add a little oil before fitting the steel plates as it just makes things easier. Fitted really well and pretty quickly, ready for the season. Thanks Webike, great job.
