KSR80 and KSR110 have the same Front Fender, so if you replace the Front Fender, you will need this.
It is not required by law, so if you don't care about it, you don't have to put it on, but it is OEM and fits perfectly, so if it costs around 1000 yen, it is better to buy it without any hassle. I think it looks good.
