This tool does what you're asked if you use it for its intended purpose. Bought it to hold the flywheel on my Honda crf250r while tightening the nut. Some mentioned that it failed and didn't do its job. Don't use it to change the oil filters in your car or put on your ex-girlfriend's tire and it should work just fine.I've used it on a few bikes, KTM and Honda it still looks and works as it should. In overhauling Clutch of SUPER CUB, a tool to fix Clutch became necessary. There were several kinds of tools to fix, but I chose Pulley holder which is tenacious for the time being

Clamp the Holder in Clutch, rotate the handle and tighten it to complete the set. I was able to remove it easily by putting pressure on Lock nut using exclusive Wrench. Clutch that was immersed in oil can also be fixed without slipping

I found out when using it, but Clutch still moves with just being caught in Pulley holder. So when detaching you must hold down the handle or hook it somewhere so as not to move. Naturally? - ω - `)
