*Bei den 85/88ccm-Kolben handelt es sich um die neuen 0,8-0,8-1,5-Kolbenringe (75ccm-Modelle sind 1,0-1,0-2,0-Kolbenringe). Bitte überprüfen Sie die Größe der Kolben, bevor Sie eine Bestellung aufgeben.
*Die Kolben der neuen 0,8-0,8-1,5-Ring-Version sind mit einem "R" gekennzeichnet.
*Die Edelstahl-Kopfdichtung des alten Zylinders wird das Ventil und den Kolben behindern und schwerwiegende Schäden verursachen.
*Wenn der neue (aktuelle) Zylinder mit einer Papierdichtung versehen ist, passt die Nockenkette nicht in das Nockenrad und kann nicht montiert werden.

*85 / 88cc pistons have the new 0.8-0.8-1.5 piston rings (75cc pistons have 1.0-1.0-2.0 piston rings).Please check the size before ordering for repair.
*The pistons with the new 0.8-0.8-1.5 rings are marked with "R".
*If the stainless steel head gasket is installed on the old cylinder, the valve and piston will interfere with each other and cause serious damage.
*When the paper gasket is installed on the new (current) cylinder, the cam chain will not fit into the cam sprocket and cannot be installed.

I currently have a CUB with their 85cc Spec. bought as a Spare.
Definitely, I assembled the engine, but I'm an amateur here, so I'm worried that Spare is necessary.
Quantity of Piston, Ring and Gasket of 85cc Bore Up Kit:Set

good point
If the cylinder and head are large and strong, you can continue to ride in the medium to long term with this cylinder.

There are few BALI etc. in Piston and it can be used immediately. High accuracy.

Gasket, Ring, etc. are also Quantity.:Overhaul is easy because of Set.

A bad point
85ccQuantity:It's expensive considering the Set's price is around 11,000 yen.

Of course, Quantity:I think it is better to buy a complete set, but if you have no problem with cylinder and head and only need to replace piston, you can choose this option. As insurance.
